Who Am I?

Trena Bryant is owner of Aloma Solutions, a self-love, self-care company with a focus on relationships. As an Intuitive Love and Life Coach, she is dedicated to empowering and transforming the way we love ourselves to a higher level; she believes when we love ourselves more, we can love others better.

In 2005 she retired from the United States Air Force, worked in corporate and government over 14 years, and today she’s a coach, event planner and facilitator. Her mission is to help individuals all over the world create fulfilling, happy lives and to step into the greatness we were created in.

Using retreats, events, couples and one-on-one coaching, she and her team teach you how to look inward to find the love and the answers to the things holding you back from being your greatest self and finding your greatest love!

Trena has been featured on podcasts, facilitated group coaching and spoken at retreats and other events. She holds an M.B.A. and has taught self-love in the corporate and personal arenas. She is a member of the Federal Coaching Network where she’s called on to coach federal employees, from leadership to staff of all levels.

Trena currently lives in Maryland and if she’s not creating jewelry or some other unique craft, you can find her planning events, reading and finding new places to travel!
