What to Expect | Rest & Recoup Retreat

    Hey there!

Below is a loose overview of how our days will flow.

DAY 1 — Soft Landing (Arrival Day)
This day is about arrival and exhale.

You’ll arrive, settle into your room, and ease into the space at your own pace. For our first evening together, we’re inviting MooMoo / Soft Life energy — MooMoos, house dresses, kaftans, oversized tees, or anything that feels loose and unrestrictive. This isn’t a requirement, just an invitation to arrive without performing and let your body exhale right away.

We’ll gather for a short welcome and grounding body tapping practice, followed by generous personal time to rest, nap, journal, or simply be.
We’ll share dinner together and close the evening with a soft sister circle to connect and gently open the retreat.

    DAY 2 — Releasing Structure
This is a slow, spacious day.

We’ll begin the morning with body tapping, followed by a Healers Healing Healers experience. The afternoon includes personal rest time, a guided lab for reflection and integration, and space to move, float, journal, or do nothing at all.
We’ll gather again in the evening for dinner and a sister circle to reflect and settle.

    Day 3 — Culture & Expansion (Saturday)

This day is about joy, movement, and connection to Costa Rica.

We’ll offer an optional group cultural tour for those who’d like to explore together. Participation in the tour is self-selected and expenses for the outing are the responsibility of each guest.

If you choose not to participate, you’re warmly welcome to remain at the house and enjoy the space for rest, reflection, pool time, or quiet personal downtime. There is no pressure either way — both options are fully supported.

There is no formal sister circle this evening.

    DAY 4 — Integration & Renewal
Our final day is about carrying what you’ve received forward.

We’ll begin with a morning grounding ritual, followed by additional Healers Healing Healers experiences. After lunch, we’ll gather for a final lab focused on integration and renewal.
Sunday evening, we’ll share a chef-prepared closing dinner together, followed by our final sister circle and closing ritual.

    Throughout the retreat
You’ll experience gentle body practices, guided reflection, healing modalities, nourishing meals, and protected personal time. Everything offered is invitational. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and choose what feels supportive for you.

Rest is the priority. Presence is enough.

We’re honored to hold this space with you.

    With care,
    Trena

  • Optional Beach Day Experience – Jaco

For those who feel called to explore beyond the villa, we’re opening up an optional beach day to Jaco.

Transportation will be arranged via a private driver, with the flexibility to make a few intentional stops along the way if desired.

The estimated cost for transportation, including a generous tip for the driver, is approximately $55 per person if the full group participates. If fewer guests choose to attend, the total cost (including the tip for the driver) will simply be divided among those who opt in.

Once we arrive, the day is yours to move through in a way that feels good.

You might choose to relax by the water, take a quiet walk along the shore, or enjoy a slow lunch with a view. If you’re feeling more adventurous, there are also activities available nearby—ATV rides, horseback riding, ziplining, and other guided experiences.

There’s no expectation for this to be a full group outing. You’re welcome to explore solo, in pairs, or together, depending on what feels aligned for you.

If you’d like to preview available activities ahead of time, I can either host a quick Zoom to walk through options or send over a curated list with details and pricing.

This day is designed to be open, flexible, and supportive of your personal experience.

If you’re interested, just let me know so I can get a general headcount for transportation.
