Soul Strategy Sessions: ($125 - $150) offers a compassionate, transformative space designed specifically for women seeking to heal deep emotional wounds.
Sound Healing Sessions: ($60) Sound heals… it’s as simple as that! Sound healing offers a range of benefits for both physical and mental well-being. Through the use of various sound frequencies and vibrations, sound healing has been found to reduce stress and anxiety levels in individuals.

A grounding ritual to calm the nervous system, clear the mind, and reconnect you to the earth’s energy. Your session begins with a warm lavender-infused towel for your feet, a guided intention-setting moment, and aromatherapy with your choice of our signature Calm, Clarity, or Renewal oil blends. You’ll then settle onto our grounding mat with your selected soundscape and optional eye pillow or blanket.
